Would like to rate the lady with the blonde and short hair from today at around 1 p.m. at the McDrive counter. Unfriendly, outrageous, unsympathetic. I just asked if I could have two empty cups for my order. You can say "no" in a friendly way, but not so cheeky and unfriendly when you consider how much money we have spent here in recent years.

Been there at lunchtime with a large order. Long queue in front of the drive in, but the team was relaxed, organized and friendly!

In the meantime I have been there about 5 times and wanted to order a cappuccino with soy milk and was disappointed every time, since soy milk is obviously never bought (although various drinks are offered with it on the menu). Either take it off the card or stock it up.

Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, this is not a given in these special times. Hats off.

Absolute sack staff. On the way back I noticed that 3 things were missing, now standard there. Staff, especially one woman, rude and looks like ten days of rain. In the end, I had cold food again, no sauces and a bad mood. Before I go there again, I prefer to make myself a bread or go hungry for 3 days, no joke: D minus 5 stars for the shop. Ps: I could have burned the money, then at least it would be warm in contrast to the food!

Been to the McDrive, says the most unfriendly McDonalds employee when asked if there are still plastic straws, go look in the garbage container. I don't want to exaggerate, but the staff is simply overwhelmed. It takes over 30 minutes for a simple order and then half is missing. It used to be better, but unfortunately that was a long time ago.

The tables are always dirty and are not disinfected. Correct address registration is not taken into account. If I had a sweater pulled over my nose outside after I was asked out in an unfriendly manner, I then put on a mask and was then assumed to have climbed over the fence. Unfortunately, no attention is paid to distance. Public order office will be informed.

This Mc Donalds is the worst, most incompetent and most unfriendly I know. No idea whether the salespeople have to find their way around with the first window or whether they are really so retarded. Assembling pens themselves would not be feasible for this staff. Two orders placed and three received, paid more than I wanted. The employees do not know the solution.

Unfriendly and incompetent staff. Can't take up the order correctly, nor implement it correctly, if one tries again and again to make it clear that it is not right! Had to pay 4 € more and got food that we didn't want. Employees show no understanding and react sloppily. Unfortunately, the leftover food has to go to the trash. In no case will I come back to this Mc Donalds ..

The staff is okay, but a certain lady who works there is very unfriendly Just got 2 drinks and eat And then they give the drinks in such a way that you can't pack it well and a drink falls out. Instead of saying sorry, you get turned on in a rude manner! We didn't even get a new drink so I don't recommend it then you can go to Werne or Haltern to the MC Donalds! At least they are nicer there!

Halt fast food

Modern Mcdonalds, I think it was modernized in February 2018. The sockets with usb charging cables at some tables are great. Unfortunately, you can no longer eat cheaply here, not even with the (rather rare!) vouchers. mcdonalds apparently wants to pretend to be a higher quality restaurant, which is completely wrong in the fast food sector. people want cheap burgers and not expensive chic micki noble restaurant mcdonalds !! almost 5 € for a bigmac?!?! no thanks, I'd rather go to a chip shop. the voucher is of no use where you get 1 for free. go back to your fast food roots with cheap burgers and cheap restaurant interior and don't disguise it as a luxury restaurant with "healthy" food.

Nice place for a quick bite esp when no other options nearby.
